A celebration of the life and work of Yehuda Amichai, one of the first to write in colloquial Hebrew, and considered by many, both in Israel and internationally, as Israel’s greatest modern poet.
Other poets will be there to honor him, including:
Bob Holman, who will also be hosting the evening.
The event includes 3-4 musical parts of composed poetry and or video poems based on the poems and some footage of different films of Amichai.
Musicians for the evening will be Tali Rubinstein and Yotam Ben-Or.
